Ms. Tracy Wolfe joined the staffing industry 2000 as Vice President of Zingaro & Company. Ms. Wolfe brings a wide range of knowledge in all areas of management, business development, and human resources. Her experience includes personnel recruitment, background checks, retention and training, and development. She is a current member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is working toward her Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) designation.

In 2011, Ms. Wolfe founded Aquila Administrative & Human Capital Services, a recruitment firm specializing in talent acquisition within the healthcare, not-for-profit, information technology, financial management and the human resources sectors.

As Human Resource Coordinator for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Ms. Wolfe was responsible for all hiring decisions, benefits, and employee retention. This knowledge and experience gives her a unique understanding of the challenges faced in the HR departments today.

Earlier experience includes co-owner of Dynacon Software, an innovative payroll software business providing customized software solutions to payroll departments nationally.

With 25 years of professional experience, ongoing training, and continued education, Ms. Wolfe has the tools to help you and your human resource department meet the daily challenges and demands of locating the most highly qualified employees.

Ms. Wolfe holds a BA in Human Resource Management.
